This 100,000 SF facility houses classroom, workshop and administration space for training in the trades and other related skills. JSM provided design build services for the project comprising normal and emergency power distribution, lighting and controls, heating and controls, fire and security systems, data and communications, building automation and general power. This is a LEED registered targeted facility.
