Hewitt Caterpillar constructed this new 65,000 square foot (SF) building to better support their Labrador West operations. The building comprises 35,000SF garage-workshop, 20,000SF warehouse and 10,000SF of office space.

JSM provided normal and emergency power distribution, Lighting, heating, fire alarm and security systems, date and communications and general power.
